Position Title: Front Office Internships

Responsibilities:

• Planning and coordination of promotional events in addition to executing all elements of the promotion
• Pre-game promotional preparation, which would include hanging banners, distributing giveaway items
• Developing and working through an in-game promotional schedule of events including first pitch, National Anthem, Field of Dreams, various contests, etc.
• Coordinating and working with our non-profit partners as well as all in-park entertainers (bands, mascots, celebrities)
• Conduct surveys including demographic sampling of fans and their buying behavior
• Creation of sponsorship Proof of Performance books
• Interaction with sponsors for the purpose of coordinating promotional nights
• Maintaining the promotional storage. Requires lifting and organizing of all promotional giveaways.
• Other duties include selling season and game day tickets, group tickets, answering phones and various game-time duties.

Experience:

• Looking for a hard working, dedicated, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and talented person to work within and grow our team
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), decision making, computer, project management, and inter-personal skills necessary
• Must be willing to work long hours and weekends.
• Must be willing to cooperate and work well with all other areas of the organization.
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office products
